Osteoporosis

Bone is living tissue that is constantly being broken down and replaced. Osteoporosis occurs when the creation of new bone doesn't keep up with the loss of old bone. Medications, healthy diet and weight-bearing exercise can help prevent bone loss or strengthen already weak bones.

The following risk assessment can only reflect your risk of having osteoporosis due to environmental risk factors. The test results are for reference only. If you have any doubts, you should seek help from your doctor as soon as possible for further evaluation. Early intervention and treatment can help prevent the development of osteoporosis.
