Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness

Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website

Analyze digital data to optimize campaigns and enhance user experience

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute email marketing campaigns

Conduct ad-hoc market research on brand affinity and customer behaviors

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Assist in developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies that focus on enhancing user experience to drive sales

Utilize UX/UI data to optimize website design, content, and user flows

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably from a sizeable company

Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, and UX/UI design principles

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
-
Ability to stay current with market trends and respond proactively to changing market conditions

Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and teamwork skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Ability to work independently under pressure in a multi-project environment and meet tight deadlines
