Dietitian
Responsibilities:
Provide professional nutritional and dietary advice to our clients
● Participate in the planning and implementing of health promotion activities, seminars, workshops, presentations and product training
Handle nutrition-related enquiries and recommend our customers with Company’s comprehensive range of health services
Assist in preparation of nutrition-related articles, media interviews
Formulate nutrition plans to improve the health and physical conditions of clients

 Requirements:
● Degree holders in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics or related disciplines
Registered Dietitian and UKVRN is preferred
● At least 1 year working experience, preferable in healthcare product or pharmaceutical product
● Customer- oriented with pleasant and outgoing character
Able to work independently and under pressure
Excellent command of both written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Able to work independently & under pressure
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoints

Nutritionist
Responsibilities:
● Provide professional nutrition consultation and dietary advice to clients
● Provide excellent customer service, establish, and maintain excellent customer relationship
● Introduce and detail health supplements and provide appropriate product suggestions and advices
● Organize and conduct public health education, seminars and workshops
● Conduct health supplement market research and assist in product development
● Embrace company culture and core values and actively participate in CSR activities and volunteer work
● Participate and support daily operations and work closely with other departments on different projects

Requirements:
● Degree in Nutrition and / or Food science or other relevant disciplines
● At least 3 years' working experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Experience in retail / service industry is an advantage

● Pleasant, out-going with strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skill

Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: 

● Assist Marketing Manager to plan, co-ordinate and implement marketing campaigns and events
● Plan and co-ordinate the creative, development and execution of all marketing communication materials with internal departments & stores
● Manage various social media paltform (Facebook, IG, WeChat, YouTube, Website, eShop)
● Visual Merchandising - plan and execute thematic window and instore display for stores
● Plan and execute store-wide programs and new initiatives
● Ensure timely and accurate marketing communication materials production
● Attend and assist in the preparation of events and roadshows

● Develop partner relationship and identify joint promotion opportunities

● Perform Ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements: 

● Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
● Minimum 3 years solid marketing experience in retail / Wholesales industry
● Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
● Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. Knowledge in Photoshop / AI is preferable
● Knowledge of popular social media channels (Facebook, IG, WeChat, YouTube, etc.)
● Hands-on experience in broad range of marketing functions including event management, brand building, retail marketing
● Self-motivated, creative and energetic, independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
● Good team player, eager to learn
● Detail oriented, well-organised with strong sense of responsibility



Customer Service and CRM Officer

Responsibilities
● Provide quality customer services and support in Centre and via phone, email and live chat in website and various social media platforms.
● Maintain customer database and help prepare and analyze various CRM & CS reports.
● Assist in Centre daily operation including appointment booking, handling inquiries and complaints etc.
● Perform general administrative support for the Centre including customer data entry, filing, daily summary reports etc.
● Support company activities and promotion.

● Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.


Requirements
● 1 – 2 years customer service experience in healthcare / hospitality / customer service-related field is preferred.
● The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
● Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
● Mature and responsible, good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
● Candidate with immediate availability will be considered in priority.
