With interactive lectures and activities, we provide clients with correct and up to date health information. Topics can be tailored and meet the needs of different populations. Topics we have done: “Healthy Dragon Boat Festival”, “Boost the Immune!!”, “Stay healthy with the Moon”.
Nutrition Courses allow students to enhance basic nutrition knowledge, which can assist them or their friends and family to obtain optimal health. Certification will be provided after course completion. Courses can also be provided virtually

Based on the nutritional requirements of different populations, Meiriki Japan's dietitians formulated 32 nutritious and delicious menus for "Tung Wah Group Food Assistance Service Project", serving all age groups including adults, elderly, babies, young children, pregnant women, ethnic minorities, etc.
Meiriki Japan's dietitians collaborated with New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association to introduce their audiences with healthy cooking. We discussed the nutrition benefits of the recipes that we created and common nutrition myths and facts.
Meiriki Japan's dietitians planned lunch boxes menus for New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association and assisted them to provide healthy lunch boxes for their recovered residents.
Meiriki Japan's dietitians organized workshops for Baptist (Sha Tin Wai) Lui Ming Choi Primary School to promote healthy lunch choices and nutrients needed for growth by using interactive activities.

Meiriki Japan's dietitians cooperated with NT West Elder Academies Cluster to organize online elderly diet courses for more than 90 elderly people of different ages for 4 consecutive Wednesdays to explain cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health knowledge and nutritional eating habits. Topics include: understanding the cardiovascular system (blood pressure, blood lipids and cholesterol) and diets for cardiovascular health (Mediterranean diet and DASH diet).
