NSF International develops the public health standards and certification programs that help protect the world’s food, water, consumer products and environment. Radiation Detection by Hong Kong F.E.H.D and F.S.C

For every batch arriving Hong Kong, Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and Food Safety Centre would proceed with the sample inspection to ensure the radiation level of products is absolutely safe for human body.

CNAS-CL01 National Radiation Standard

Under the detection by an independent institution, Meiriki-Japan regularly analyzes products in the content of Iodine-131, Cesium-134 and Iodine-137. Reports show that Meiriki-Japan products fulfilled the requirement of National CNAS – CL01 Standard.

“No Fakes Pledge” Scheme by the Intellectual Property Department

JHFA Logo is only rewarded to the qualified member of Japan Health & Food Association. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is regulated based on JPAL (Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Law) and the quality management on pharmaceutical & health foods which made by Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan. GMP is the promise of public health and quality, and Meiriki is the first batch of Japanese health foods that under GMP Standard.

Quality E-Shop Recognition Scheme

Quality E-Shop Recognition Scheme, introduced by Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA), aims to raise consumers' confidence in Hong Kong's e-shops by giving recognition to quality e-shops. The assessment criteria and mechanism are comprehensive, objective and well justified by HKRMA's independent sub-committee, supported by key e-commerce players of the industry. The e-shop would be recognized as "Q-eShop" only if the e-shops pass the assessment. A recognition logo with a unique number would be also granted to the "Q-eShop".

Meiriki Japan uses the "Love in Horizon Plan" to target women, intergenerational and elderly poverty issues, and the "Blue Sky Operation" to strictly monitor the production supply chain to minimize the ecological impact of the production process. Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification

Meiriki-Japan has been awarded the title of “Hong Kong Green Organisation” (HKGO) as a recognition that Meiriki-Japan has adopted environmental practices in different aspects such as reducing waste, energy and carbon footprint. The Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification (HKGOC) is led by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) alongside the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) and in conjunction with nine organisations which aims to benchmark green organisations with substantial achievement in green management， to encourage participants to adopt environmental practices in different aspects and to recognise their efforts and commitments to the environment. The award is a prestigious certification scheme with high credibility.

Social Capital Builder (SCB) Awards 2018-2020

Meiriki is awarded Honorary Employer Award by Junior Chamber International Hong Kong (JCIHK). The award recognizes the business concept of people-orientation and loving culture, which was exhibited under Meiriki's pandemic policies including “Three Nos” i.e. no layoff, no pay cut, and no unpaid leave. Meiriki also provided staff trainings with an aim to strengthen resilience and raise competitiveness for the economy recovery.

Business Environment Council has always been at the forefront of promoting environmental excellence by advocating the uptake of clean technologies and practices which reduce waste, conserve resources, prevent pollution and improve corporate environmental and social responsibility. Meiriki Japan hopes to accelerate the pace of improving the environment through the exchange with the council, promote the industry's environmental awareness, join hands to achieve sustainable development, and promote the protection of the environment by people from different sectors of society.

Directors Of The Year Awards 2022

Directors Of The Year Awards were first launched in 2001 as the first ever such Awards organised in Asia. The project has now become an annual project of impact in the community organised by the Institute together with over 100 Project Partners. To date, 230 Awardees have been recognised for their achievements in demonstrating exemplary high standards in corporate governance.
The theme of this year's award is "From Resilience to Sustainability", the managing director of Meiriki Japan – Ophelia Lin was awarded the Director of The Year Award 2022 in the non-listed companies category.
