Project Launch: Partnership for Sustainability Leadership in Business

The Centre for Civil Society and Governance (CCSG) of The University of Hong Kong organizes the E-launch of Partnership for Sustainability Leadership in Business (PSLB) on November 6, 2020 (Friday). PSLB is a 4-year project that aims to develop, enhance, and leverage the close collaboration between big corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and to further expand the contribution of the business sector to the attainment of the sustainability goals (i.e. UNSDGs). The Project is supported by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) and engaged with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) and Business Environment Council (BEC).

The Project has two key components, namely “Knowledge Inventory”, an online resource hub, and “Collaborative Leadership Scheme”, an offline capacity building and networking platform, to build the development of sustainable value chains.  

During the E-launch, 4 sustainable business leaders from SMEs will share their views on the topic “Thriving with a Sustainability Mindset in the Midst of Pandemic”, along with a video featuring 9 distinguished guests’ wisdom on the theme "Partnership for Sustainability Leadership in Business: The Creation of Sustainable Value Chains".
