  Teaches to read and understand nutrition labels

  Regular appointments with registered dietitians for consultation


Nutritional guidance during pregnancy

Single charge:

 Initial nutritional assessment and guidance (45 to 60 minutes): $780

● Follow-up nutrition coaching (15 to 30 minutes): $450 

(Based on changes in physical condition, if the interval between two nutritional guidance is more than six months or more, you need to re-accept the first nutritional assessment and guidance)


Pregnancy nutrition guidance plan:

● $18 00 (4 sessions)

■ First nutritional assessment and guidance (45 to 60 minutes)

■ 3 follow-up nutritional coaching sessions (15 to 30 minutes; within 10 months)
