Requirements:
● Degree holders in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics or related disciplines
● Registered Dietitian and UKVRN is preferred

● Able to work independently and under pressure
● Excellent command of both written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
● Conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities; provide actionable insights;
● Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products & content;
● Perform in-depth analysis of the campaigns to constantly improve the ad performance;
● Implement SEO & SEM initiatives to generate traffic, drive the performance of campaigns, and to enhance brand awareness;
● Passion for social media with in-depth knowledge of platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo & YouTube, etc.) & insight on upcoming social media trend;
● Monitoring and managing the daily operation of Tmall store and local HK e-store, including product & content management, market research, sales performance analysis
● Support any ad hoc project assigned.
Requirements:
● Diploma or Degree Holder in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or other related discipline
● Minimum 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce platform in FMCG industry will be an advantage
● Experience in China market (Tmall, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, TikTok and KOL management) is a plus
● Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics or equivalent tools
● Experiences in Digital Marketing Project Management such as website promotion, email advertisement, Facebook advertising is preferred

Officer
Responsibilities
● Provide quality customer services and support in Centre and via phone, email and live chat in website and various social media platforms.
● Maintain customer database and help prepare and analyze various CRM & CS reports.
● Assist in Centre daily operation including appointment booking, handling inquiries and complaints etc.
● Perform general administrative support for the Centre including customer data entry, filing, daily summary reports etc.
● Support company activities and promotion.
● Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
● 1 – 2 years customer service experience in healthcare / hospitality / customer service-related field is preferred.
● The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
● Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
● Mature and responsible, good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
