Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
Analyze digital data to optimize campaigns and enhance user experience
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute email marketing campaigns
Conduct ad-hoc market research on brand affinity and customer behaviors
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Assist in developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies that focus on enhancing user experience to drive sales
Utilize UX/UI data to optimize website design, content, and user flows
Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement UX/UI best practices
Analyze customer behavior data to improve conversion rates and increase sales
Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with user preferences and behaviors
Plan and organize marketing and promotional activities across multiple brands to increase sales from all sales channels
Be required to monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs and responsible for measurable results

Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Min. 5 years’ experience in digital marketing preferably from a sizeable company
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, social media platform and UX/UI design principle
Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset
Be in time with market trends, react proactively to changing market conditions
Possess leadership qualities, excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Capable to work under pressure independently in multiple project environment and meet tight deadlines

Nutritionist

Provide professional nutrition consultation and dietary advice to clients
Provide excellent customer service, establish, and maintain excellent customer relationship
Introduce and detail health supplements and provide appropriate product suggestions and advices
Organize and conduct public health education, seminars and workshops
Conduct health supplement market research and assist in product development
Embrace company culture and core values and actively participate in CSR activities and volunteer work
Participate and support daily operations and work closely with other departments on different projects

Degree in Nutrition and / or Food science or other relevant disciplines
Working experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Experience in retail / service industry is an advantage
Excellent command of both written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Pleasant, out-going with strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skill
Able to work independently and under pressure
Fresh graduates are also welcome
